Application Management System
The AMS supports both deployment and operation of mBricks applications. After the development
phase is finished the resulting binaries can be uploaded to the AMS distribution server. This server
can be customised to handle different configurations, languages and versions, e.g. Java ME,
Symbian, Windows, BlackBerry and Android. The distribution relies on a device database to
recognize and build custom downloads for the different devices. This database is held locally in
XML and it is updated regularly from a web service hosted by mBricks.
