Software Engineers - Mobile Applications

mBricks offers technology and solutions that enable enterprise software publishers, system integrators and developers to build robust and advanced mobile applications and services in a cost-effective way. Our customers, such as SuperOffice, NetCom, Braathens IT Solutions and BBS, utilise our cross platform solutions, including JavaME, BlackBerry, Android and iPhone. mBricks has developed its solutions since late 2004 as a part of the Teleplan Group of companies, an internationally recognised competence centre of telecommunications technology. Are you the new member of the mBricks development team?

We want to increase the mBricks technical team and are seeking outstanding developers that have an interest in developing mobile applications. We look for Software Engineers with different levels of experience. We are interested in both client side and server side developers, in addition to integration specialists.

Your work at mBricks will both be to further develop our mobile application development platform as well as to act as a project member or architect consultant in our customer projects.

Candidate profile
-    Experience with developing mobile applications (JavaME, Android, iPhone)
-    Implementation following Design Patterns and Clean code principles
-    Working in a Scrum based development team
-    Knowledge about different middleware and integration technologies

We expect that you have a passionate interest for mobile applications, that you have in-depth knowledge about software development and broad experience developing client-server systems. Typical technologies that you will encounter at mBricks are:
Java (ME, SE and EE), Android, Objective-C, .Net, Windows Mobile, Tomcat, GlassFish, IIS, Hibernate, MySQL, Agile, Scrum.

Education
Candidates should have a Master degree.

Job Location
Your place of work will be Oslo (Norway).
