Usually companies utilize mBricks to enter the mobile channel, not so with M_Solution. They’ve always been in the mobile space. For years, M_Solution has successfully built their business on mobile data capturing for service professions, such as homecare, cleaning, security, field services etc. Getting rid of old-fashioned paperwork obviously brings value, both to the employees and the enterprises. Now, M_Solution’s facing further expansion to international markets, and they decided to base their solution on the mBricks technology. “Our solution has proved to be successful” says M_Solutions CEO Karsten Houm, “now it’s time to make it scalable for larger, international markets”. Jens Petter Strømmen, CSO at M_Solutions adds “When customers buy our solution, they don’t care about the underlying technology as long as it works. We will spend every available minute making the user experience the best. The mBricks technology liberates resources and allows us to do exactly that”. He’s right. It’s time consuming to cope with the device fragmentation issues related to mobile application development and deployment. This is what we do. We have built a complete framework for developing and deploying mobile applications. By embracing the mBricks technology, M_Solution is able to strengthen its focus on the company’s core activities of sales, support and product development. We’re happy we’re chosen to be in their toolbox. It will be a great experience.

It’s always people behind. This time, it’s the people at the software company Exie. In less than ten years, they have built the strongest competence centre of BI (Business Intelligence) and Performance Management in Norway. With its ‘People-Driven performance management’ solutions the company has taken a significant position in the market. Now, they will utilize mobile applications to improve their offer to the market, and we’re of course proud to announce mBricks as their choice of technology. “Involvement from the whole organization to improve performance - that’s the Exie approach” says Exie CEO Bjørn Rist. “There should be no barriers. Employees expect access to the system anywhere, at any time. That’s why we have focus also on the mobile platform.” He adds; “To be a winner in today’s competitive market you have to be ‘always-on’, and we offer our users that opportunity.”
Exie plans to launch the first version of the new mobile application during 2009. Exie going mobile is a yet another sign of the significant trend of business critical enterprise software systems embracing the mobile channel. At mBricks, we strongly believe in this trend, and we will contribute to make this happen. Exie advocates People-Driven performance management solutions, and they have been very successful so far. After getting them to know, I’m convinced that their attitude flows all the way out through the Exie software. We’re certainly looking forward to working with them, it’s a good partnership.
